Theresa was an important part of my successful City Council campaign. Beginning in early 2022, Theresa designed our campaign website using her familiarity with myself and local issues built over the three previous years of community organizing. She led the setup of digital organizing with Facebook, Instagram, X, and email marketing, including the management of paid social media advertising. She advised on how to maximize influence and impact through material specific to each platform. Through this and previous work, Theresa has always been delightfully collaborative and independently directed towards problem-solving in her area of expertise. Theresa continues to be my most valuable consultant for digital organizing issues I run into.

Theresa O’Connor was the communications manager for my campaign for county supervisor from April to June 2024. She created excellent social media content, released frequently and effectively on Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. Theresa also did a fantastic job creating flyers and other promotional materials.  She was awesome as a tech troubleshooter. Theresa always responded promptly to my concerns and was friendly and engaging. I would not run another campaign without her.

I worked with Theresa for about 4 years  at the Chico Housing Action Team, where she oversaw communication and I had already been producing all their video content for media, promotion, public education, and fundraising since 2016. Every aspect of  communication drastically improved the moment she found her marks in the organization. Internal communication happened much better through well-organized Zoom meetings, communication to outside entities including the media and partner organizations became better structured, and social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube started thriving. CHAT also gained a much nicer website with her. It was a real pleasure working with her, and I think Theresa will be an asset to any organization that decides to hire her.

I've had the good fortune to work with Theresa as fellow team members on a number of political and social issue campaigns.  We've worked together on setting up websites and producing written communications.  She is, first of all, as easy to work with as anyone could possibly be.
